-Properly warm up before going to the heavy sets of 3 reps

Muscle Builders

Heavy Dumbbell Back Extensions 12 reps, 3 sets, rest 2 minutes

Heavy Dumbbell Squats to parallel 10 reps, 3 sets, 5050 rest 2-3 minutes

Stationary Wall Squats with weight on thighs 1 minutes 30 second, rest 2 minutes

Dumbbell Rist Rotations x50 reps
